Our breath connects us to our well being perhaps more profoundly than any other function in our body. The more fully we breathe, the better we feel.
We begin to sense the ever present hum of our body. We grow more receptive to those around us. We become more settled in our surroundings.
Spend a day becoming more aware of your breathing. Notice when you feel anxious. Notice when you feel more comfortable. Don’t do anything with what you are experiencing. Just notice the difference.
